Requirements for PAF Officer Jobs 2023:
- Candidates must possess NADRA Smart Card
- The minimum age for candidates is 18 years and the maximum is 30 years as of 25th April 2023
- Male/Female citizens of Pakistan are eligible to apply, whether married or unmarried
- For males, the minimum height requirement is 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm) while for females, it is 4 feet 10 inches (147 cm)
- Educational qualification required is MCS/BCS (Hons)/BCE (1st Division/Grade ‘B’) with at least 02 years of working experience in a reputable institution
Selection Procedure:
- Online registration at www.joinpaf.gov.pk
- Intelligence Test followed by Academic Test in relevant subjects at respective & SC
- Initial medical examination and interview all & SC
- Psychological Test of Shortlisted candidates only
- Interview by AHQ Special Selection Board
- Final Selection by AHQ in order of merit

- If a candidate has tested within four months (120 days) gap of previous appearance ISSB except waiver granted by the competent authority
- If a candidate has withdrawn/discharged/resigned or purchase release from any barred Armed Forces
- If a candidate has been rejected by ISSB/GHQ/NHQ/AHQ selection boards
- If a candidate has been twice rejected by 1598 for Post Grad Entry, or twice rejected by SSB for intermediate/Graduate (PMA NHO AHQ selection boards
- If a candidate has been permanently declared UNFIT by Appeal Medical Board (PUF by AMB), declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B & C (AMB cannot be requested), or gives incomplete, false, or wrongful information
- If a candidate has been dismissed/removed from Govt Services, including Armed Forces
- If a candidate has been thrice screened out by Army/Navy/Air Force during preliminary NHQ/AHO based selection boards
- If a candidate has withdrawn from any bonded Armed Forces college institution on disciplinary grounds
- If a candidate has been convicted in a Court of Law for any heinous offense (to be ascertained by the competent military authority
